How the process works
- First message. You send three photos via WhatsApp directly to Dr. Erdal — a front view (arms relaxed at sides, no flexing), an oblique view and a side profile — with basic information: height, weight, age, when the gynecomastia developed, any anabolic steroid history and current medications. Everything is treated with full clinical confidentiality.
- Personal review. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ayhan Işık Erdal personally reviews every case. The conversation is direct surgeon-to-patient from the first message.
- Consultation. A confidential, judgement-free consultation and a surgical plan matched to your Simon grade. Suitability is always confirmed by personal consultation and examination.
- Surgery in Istanbul. The patient journey page sets out each stage and its timing.
- Follow-up. Recovery and remote follow-up continue from home — no further travel required.
Checking independently
You do not need to rely on anything the practice writes about itself. Qualifications, training and the Ministry of Health health-tourism authorisation can be checked on the credentials page.
